The KA-BAR Heavy-Duty Warthog Knife is a large survival knife, made for heavy-duty tasks. The 16.7 cm blade is large, but definitely doesn’t stand out the most. What does is the blade height of 6 cm. Especially when combined with a blade thickness of 6 mm. As such the Warthog truly is one of the most impressive knives in our range.

Description
The large blade ensures that the balance is placed far to the front of the knife. As such the Warthog is perfect for chopping tasks. The thermoplastic handle is enhanced with a protrusion at the end to make sure it stays put inside your hand. Even during use. The blade is made from SK5 carbon steel. A very tough type of steel that can handle its own. Also easy to sharpen, you do, however, have to be careful for rust: SK5 is not stainless.
You can carry the KA-BAR Warthog Knife in the included belt sheath. The sheath is partially made from nylon and partially from leather.
