I bought he AUS-8 blade from CORE Outdoor and Tactical. Can't find an argument to as why this Ka-Bar should not be one of the best (if not the best already) quality folder at USD20 (AUS-8 version). At the price you are paying, you would not mind bashing the Hunter Dozier and get it scarred all over. This Bad Boy was not built to become a lookier, it can take abuses really well and still ready to perform the next task. All in all, it ain't a wussie knive. If you are a real knife user and never really have a Ka-Bar, this Hunter by Dozier Design is a no-brainer to start understanding why a Ka-Bar is a Ka-Bar! ...and I think CORE Outdoor Shop has stock of the AUS-8 in some color versions.
