Literally translated to Black Mountain, Gunung Hitam is not at all as scary as it sounds unless your imagination skills are unparalleled. It’s located relatively close to Sungai Gabai Waterfall and surprisingly, it hasn’t been trekked by many. The back-and-forth trail is approximately 15km in total, so you gotta bring extra water for this one. Gunung Hitam is a well-marked trail, but it may not be as popular as other trails like Nuang Pangsun or Bukit Kutu or even Datuk. One reason could be the torturous elevation. Hitam is not a trail that you could rush down either if you want to save your knees.

Gunung Chamah (G5) stand tall on 2171m above sea level. Gunung Ulu Sepat (G7)with the height of 2161m together located in Northern of Titiwnagsa range . Both mighty mountains is one of the harder mountains to conquer. They have the most untouched and beautiful mountains in Peninsular Malaysia.
